Sinhom Manufacturing Equipment Co., Ltd. (SINHOM), formerly known as Dalian Heavy Forging Co., Ltd. (DHF), was established in 2014 with a total investment of more than RMB 1.3 billion. It covers an area of 130,000 square meters. SINHOM is mainly engaged in the design and manufacture of large forgings, precision bearings and special bearings for main engines, which are mainly used in the fields of wind power generation, nuclear power, shipbuilding and chemical industry. At present, SINHOM has two production bases in Dalian and Tianjin, which has a total capacity for producing and processing more than 200,000 tons of forged rings with diameters from 0.6 to 10 meters. Now, SINHOM is taking the leading position in the ring forging industry worldwide, especially for the field of wind tower flanges, and forged ring for yaw rings & pitch bearings.

SINHOM has acquired the System Management Certification of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001, beside, CE Certification and CNAS and CMA Certification for laboratory are also accredited. The quality management and company operation system has been highly appraised by domestic and foreign customers and experts of relevant industries.

With excellent manufacturing technology, advanced inspection equipment and strict quality management system, SINHOM has won a huge competitive advantage in the international market of wind power flanges and forged ring for yaw rings & pitch bearings. DHF has been certified by Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, GE, Envision Energy, Goldwind Technology, Guangdong Mingyang, Shanghai Electric and other international leading OEMS in the wind power industry, and also certified by eight international classification societies.

SINHOM's export products account for about 50% of the total sales, and its products are mainly exported to Spain, Denmark, Germany, Mexico, Czech Republic, Poland, Turkey, Brazil, India, South Korea, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.
