Job requirements:

1. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for 100% inspection of flange and bearing products (conducting a full inspection of all finished items), as well as performing internal metal structure testing (using ultrasonic and magnetic particle methods).

2. Required Skills: Possess experience in non-destructive testing methods such as UT, MT, VT, and PT.

3. Site Conditions: The factory operates in the metal heavy industry, so the site can be somewhat messy and cluttered. All products in the workshop undergo non-destructive testing, which means the work involves a moderate level of physical intensity. Employees are typically required to stay active throughout their shifts, but the site is highly safe with no potential hazards present.

4. Working Hours: Shifts alternate weekly. The day shift runs from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., while the night shift is from 6:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Employees work 6 days and get 1 day off, with Sundays as their scheduled day off.

5. Benefits and Compensation: Two-month probation period (with the possibility of early permanent employment), five social insurances upon hiring, and provident fund available after confirmation (both contributions are based on a base salary of around 3,000, with a combined employer-employee contribution rate of 12% for the provident fund).
