We Need Your Reports on the Following Behaviors (Including but not limited to):

Misappropriation, Embezzlement, Theft: Illegally possessing or misusing assets, funds, or property belonging to the company, clients, or partners.
Conflict of Interest: Employees or their close relatives holding interests in businesses dealing with the company without proper disclosure, potentially influencing impartial decision-making.
Fraudulent Practices: Falsification, fabrication, fraud, or other deceptive acts in business reports, financial records, performance assessments, bidding processes, etc.
Leakage of Business Secrets: Unauthorized disclosure or sale of the company's core technologies, business strategies, client information, or other confidential data.
Abuse of Authority: Using one's position to retaliate, engage in non-compliant operations, or seek improper benefits for others.
Other dishonest behaviors that violate laws, regulations, and company policies.

We Commit To:

Strict Confidentiality: Your personal information and report content will be kept strictly confidential and limited to the relevant compliance investigation department. It will not be disclosed to any unrelated third party without your consent.
Protection of Reporter: We strictly prohibit any form of retaliation against reporters who make reports in good faith. Any retaliatory acts confirmed will be dealt with severely by the company.
Thorough Investigation: We will treat every report with real name with utmost seriousness and conduct independent, objective, and impartial investigations according to internal procedures.
Timely Feedback: If you provide valid contact information, we will, upon completion of the case and subject to legal and investigative constraints, provide you with feedback regarding the outcome.
