Adopting large tonnage forging/ring rolling technology (near net forming), the deformation process is strictly controlled to ensure that the flow lines of ultra large forgings (such as flanges and bearing rings) are complete and the structure is dense and uniform. Perform precise heat treatment processes such as quenching and tempering, and precisely control the hardness gradient, residual stress, and fatigue life of core components such as gearbox parts and main shafts.
Traceability: Full process data recording, meeting international certification and customer specific requirements.
100% inspection, all products undergo 100% non-destructive testing and full-size inspection.
